 Fines seporator unit used only in a medical facility R&D department. Rated at upto 2000 PPH. Unit is equipped with suction blower which drops material into a rotary airlock. The airlock evenly meters material into a aspirator. Second blower draws a vacuum on fines in aspiator removing fines at your setting. Unit is in like new condition includes de-ionizing bars and all starting electrics. Replacement cost is over $16,000.00 

Kice CE-21 Vacuum Receiving Cyclone, with inlet to 3" OD, stock outlet to mate 71B6-2 Sight Glass Assembly, air outletwith 3" OD elbow with transition to 8" OD.- 8" Dia. x 26" long 866B Dacron felt filter bag on air outlet of cyclone secured with Clampco C-360-62-800 clamp.- Suction fan with 2 hp, 3450 rpm, 230/460v/3ph/60hz, TEFC motor mounted in the top of the CE-21 Cyclone.- Kice 71B6-2 Sight Glass Assembly.- Kice VJ 6x6 TER Airlock Valve with 1/2 hp, 230/460v/3ph/60hz, TEFC, C-face motor mounted on an S-M Cyclodrive gearhead, chain drive and guards.- Chain Drive to 30 RPM.- Inlet transition to mate discharge of airlock and inlet of Multi-Aspirator.- Kice 6DT8 6-pass Multi-Aspirator 8" wide x 36" high x 6" thick with 45 degree removable slides. Unit has bolt on Lexan back and quick removable Lexan doors with DeStaco clamps.- 6 ea. 9 1/2" Long ionizing bars with wiring and an 115v/1ph/60Hz power supply to control static electricity.- 6DT8 discharge transition to 6" OD.

- Kice CE-15 Cyclone Collector with inlet to mate air outlet transition from aspirator, stock outlet to mate 71B6-2 Sight glass Assembly, air outlet with 4 1/2" OD elbow with transition to 8" OD. - 8" Dia. x 26" long 866B Dacron felt filter bag on air outlet of cyclone secured with Clampco C-360-62-800 clamp. - Adjustable air volume control damper on cyclone air outlet.- 0-3" Dwyer minihelic pressure differential gauge. - Suction fan with 3/4 hp, 3450 rpm, 230/460v/3ph/60hz, TEFC motor mounted in the top of the CE-15 Cyclone. - 71B6-2 Sight Glass Assembly.- 6" OD Outlet discharge transition with bead. - 86N6 sleeve with bands.
